Refund Policy

Refunds are available for orders canceled before laboratory analysis begins. Once testing has started, all sales are final, as services and time cannot be reversed.

If we make an error in processing or reporting, we will either repeat the analysis at no cost or issue a refund for the affected test(s). Shipping and rush fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for proper collection and shipping of samples. Improper or unusable samples will not be eligible for a refund.
