1. Services Provided

MycoVeil Environmental Testing provides laboratory analysis of environmental samples for mold identification at the genus level. Our reports are based solely on the samples received and examined at the time of testing. We do not provide medical advice, remediation services, or guarantee that the results represent all conditions in a property.

2. Use of Reports

Reports are intended for informational purposes only and to assist customers in understanding mold presence within submitted samples.
Reports may not be used as sole evidence for health diagnoses, real estate valuations, or legal claims without supporting documentation.
While our analysts are trained and certified, industry standards vary, and interpretations may differ.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for collecting, packaging, and shipping samples according to the instructions provided.
Chain-of-custody forms must be completed accurately. We are not responsible for delays, contamination, or damage caused during shipping.
By submitting samples, you represent that you have the legal right and permission to do so.

4. Payment and Fees

All services must be paid in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rush service fees, shipping charges, and additional testing requests may apply.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store credit card information.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the testing service purchased.
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our reports for any particular purpose.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our reports.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and reports, is the property of MycoVeil Environmental Testing and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Madison County, Illinois, unless otherwise required by law.
